2013 Honda Pilot LX 4WD

Spoiled, yes indeed! The last Honda my parents purchased was in 2019, and yes, we love our Hondas! I traveled from Alabama to Kansas to help my mom purchase a new Honda. I wanted her to test drive a new model CR-V with parking and backup sensors. Every vehicle my parents have purchased has been from Sharp Honda. Sharp has not only set the highest standard for customer service, but the trust they establish from the initial greeting to closing the deal has made it hard for us to buy from any other Honda dealership. We expect to be treated like we're one in a million everywhere, and Sharp delivers that feeling with a top-notch experience. Knowing the Sharp family, as my siblings and I grew up with them, makes it even more special when we purchase a vehicle from them. We arrived and were greeted before entering the showroom by Tom Gettler. He graciously took us onto the lot to look at the new 2025 CR-V Hybrid Sport L. Without hesitation, he took us for a spin, with my mom driving and Tom in the passenger seat, explaining the sensors. When we returned, there were no white ones available on the lot, but Tom and Steve Matukewicz got busy looking for the CR-V she desired. The paperwork process was flawless and easy. We visited Troy Hunt in his office, and the experience was outstanding! From arriving to closing the deal in less than an hour and twenty minutes was unheard of and a blessing. The paperwork was complete, and the delivery of her new CR-V, with several extra add-ons, was scheduled for a few days later. The best part of this experience was how they made us feel—important, loved, and cared for. They made sure all our needs were covered and educated us without talking down to us, treating us like queens. I am truly thankful for the friendship and love I have had with the Sharp family, who always go the extra mile and take care of my family like their own. We can't wait to have Tom set up my mom's phone and get her on her way after we pick up her new car!

I loved my experience at Sharp Honda! Zach took great care of me through the whole process. He asked the right questions and answered all of mine, gave honest opinions, made the test driving experience enjoyable, walked me through all the new features of my vehicle once purchased, and followed up to see what I thought days later! So happy with my new Honda HRV and my experience.

This was not a planned deal we went in to look at the new Prologue they had. We really liked the car and although it was a demo they were willing to sell it. Came back with a decent lease offer and we took it. Love the car. Tom, our salesman, was relaxed and I never felt pressured to do anything I wasn’t comfortable with. Same with the finance dept. they offered me options and when I turned down things the finance guy said no problem we will move on. Overall great experience, highly recommend Sharp Honda and Tom Gettler. And so far the Prologue as well!
