2012 Honda Pilot EX-L 4WD

I recently purchased a Ford Flex from North Pointe Auto Group and had a great experience. The process was smooth, the staff was professional and kind, Cliff even gave us a tour of their collection of classic cars, which was a nice touch. Fantastic buying experience! Flew up from NC to purchase my car. Clifford was great to work with and provided a video walk around as well as putting the car on the lift to take photos. I wanted to be confident in my purchase before booking a flight and he went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the vehicle. I experienced a slight issue with tire fitment (rubbing) on the way home and notified him immediately. Again they stepped up. They sent the photos I took of the damaged tire to the mechanic who ensured me I could get home without issue, and then provided their recommendation on a new tire size and promised me they take care of the cost. Clifford continued to check on my progress home (well past closing time), and had a check in the mail the moment I had the new tires on the car. Even with the 6 1/2 hour drive I wouldn’t hesitate to use North Pointe Auto Group for my next collector car purchase!
