We were given a friendly welcome by Rich upon arrival. He explained what they would be doing to our vehicle. Was thorough in his explanation and asked if we had concerns. He mentioned they would be checking for a recall that I wasn’t aware of. We felt very comfortable with his explanation of things and felt totally welcome by the entire staff that was working there at that time.
