2013 Honda Pilot

Had a great experience at Napleton Honda purchasing a 25 Pilot Black Edition. Started my interaction off with Joey online who quoted me a GREAT price on the vehicle. Came in person the next day and worked with Luis to test drive and check the vehicle. He was a pleasure to work with and all the numbers were exactly as discussed with no surprises. Drove 1.5 hours to dealership. I was looking to take my daughter for her 1st newer car purchase. I showed them the car I was interested in. Online it said it was certified. When I showed the dealership the car. They said no that isnt certified. It didnt start out very well as we were ready to walk out. Hucksley was very helpful and understood our frustration. After going over a few options we decided on a new honda Hrv. We came up with a plan. The finance part went very quickly. However to actually get the car filled with gas and washed. It took a super long time We even went to lunch and came back It still wasnt ready. They understood our frustration. The sales manager even jumped in and went and looked for the car. They both arrived back. He said he gave us the all weather mats and the cargo mat to help us out. We were very satisfied with the purchase. Please as for Hucksley. Hopefully im spelling it right. They were never pushy or pressured us. No hidden fees or games we played.

Great dealership! Customer service was very professional and accommodating. Aaqil was my sales associate and I highly recommend asking for him. He was very easy to work with and made me feel very welcome. I purchased a 2018 Mazda 3 Touring Hatchback. 5/5 stars.
