2013 Honda Pilot EX-L 4WD w/ RES

I am 67. Bought a bunch of used cars over the years for my family. (I don’t buy new). Just had one of the more pleasurable buying experiences of all-time. Backstory is I shopped online extensively prior to finding something at Kensington. Consequently, knew good value when I saw it. So I called them on one particular car, an Acura. Spoke to Ali the owner, and instantly felt there was no BS compared to others. He was down-to-earth and quoted me a price, and none of the ridiculous extra fees I was seeing elsewhere. The cars there were priced quite well. And when I checked it out and drove, it seemed solid as a rock. So I bought it on the spot. (The guarantee they gave me made it pretty easy decision). Ali and team did all the paperwork, and made the transition extremely fast and easy. Fast forward a little bit, I had a minor cosmetic thing on the car to fix, and I brought it in and they fixed it immediately. No charge, of course. Highly recommend this business, for its honesty, value, service… for anyone seeking great value and standing behind their product and service. (To the Kensington guys… keep up the good work!)

Friendly staff. Prices were a bit high, but we're finding that everywhere. Good selection of vehicles.
