2018 Honda Pilot 2WD EX-L

We just purchased a Honda Pilot great condition very low miles and not over priced like most vehicles with similar options and mileage. They were wonderful and everything was done very quickly with absolutely ZERO pressure from either person we dealt with. We started with one young man and finished up with Charlie/Charles highly recommend checking them out if you are looking for a good dependable used vehicle.

I dread the car buying process. That needs to be known before you read the rest of my review. We pulled into Colbert's Auto Outlet on a whim, in need of a used vehicle. Upon stepping out of our car, we were greeted with a smile and a hand shake from Charles. What stood out the most was the ZERO pressure and the transparency throughout the entire process. It almost didn't feel right to not have an aggressive salesman breathing down my neck, sitting in the back during the test drive, and haggling me for more and more money to fork over. But with Charles' down-to-earth personality, friendliness, style of sales and business, he definitely changed my opinion and restored some hope for me for future car purchases. He was patient and kind and to the point. They've got an awesome team/family there and they were a pleasure to talk to and work with. We scored a beautiful 2012 Subaru Forester in great condition that I feel good about putting my wife in at a fair price. Having the Carfax and service history available was extremely beneficial so that we could do some research before moving forward. We're grateful to have stumbled upon Colbert's Auto Outlet. Fantastic used car dealership. No pushy sales, made me feel comfortable asking questions, had great prices and great inventory. Financing was done quickly and efficiently. They delivered my vehicle to me the following morning since a gas cap needed replacement. Highly recommend this business if you’re looking for a reliable and affordable vehicle. Absolute pleasure doing business with these guys. They’ll be the first place we go from here on out. I’m very happy with my experience and my purchase.
