I had the privilege to work with Jonathan, salesman. Jonathan was easy to work with, and very attentive. I love my new Telluride! It was a pleasant experience. The guys worked hard to get everything completed. I was able to meet and work with Terrance(manager), Kaleb(manager) Tracey(finance) and even the DM… these guys will earn your business and your respect. Transparency is key! A Good Group!
I didn’t go personally to receive service, but my wife took the car to have a new key programmed. She had no complaints,so I’m certain she had a good experience. She would have told me otherwise. I ordered the new key over the phone and I arrived as estimated and we were contacted as soon as it arrived. I would say that our experience with Kia of Covington was flawless. My only advice is to not lose your electronic key, because they are very expensive and you have to get the vehicle to the dealer to have it programmed, which is another expense.
