I bought a Certified Pre-Owned car (2020 Nissan Murano) on 06/14/2024, the car came with some problems, which you can see in the photos attached, I have been trying to communicate with someone to solve the issue, but so far I have not been able to do so. I'm going to keep trying and I'm going to do an update later. UPDATE: On Saturday 07/27/2024 I had the opportunity to talk with Mrs. Delia Mensch who is a Business Development Manager in the company, she is a very professional person and eager to serve and help the client, through her, I was able to speak in person with Mr. Mike Ianelli Jr who is the General Manager and Mr. Chris Sullivan, who is the General Sales Manager, they seemed to me to be very serious, upright and professional people they explained to me that unfortunately there was a bit of miscommunication in the process, they thanked me for letting them know what had happened, now they are taking action to help me with the issue. I am also very grateful to Mrs. Delia Mensch, Mr. Mike Ianelli and Mr. Chris Sullivan for listening to me and helping me with the matter.
My new 2024 Nissan Murano was by far the smoothest purchase of my life. It started with the internet side, with Samantha. Fantastic customer service, professional, excellent. Then coming in and sitting down with Jose, he was awesome. Great guy, very very helpful. Then financial part with Jimmy. He was wonderful and a great guy. Then when I was able to sit in my car at delivery Deja was extremely informative and very kind and helpful. Fantastic staff.
Highly recommend Nissan City of Springfield from the moment we walked in to the minute we walked out with my new Rogue. I was very impressed with everything. Super polite, helpful and knowledgeable. From the salesperson Michael Adams to the manager Alejandro, we were in and out in a couple of pain-free hours. I recommend you go see them. They have a large selection of vehicles.
