2017 Honda Pilot 4WD Elite

I hate the car buying process or at least I thought I did. I made an appointment here to check out a used vehicle that's caught my eye online. In 75 minutes I had a test drive , a reasonable offer for my trade and a fair deal for all. Our salesman Mike Maymon was excellent. I had a surprise request and he totally went above and beyond for us. I can't say I've ever been to a car dealership like this. Very relaxed and chill atmosphere. Plus they were nice to my dog . Highly recommended.

The entire process was professional and enjoyable. Salesman Michael Maymon was very thorough with each step of our purchase. He did not pressure us, but instead provided us with several options. His professional approach made both my wife and I very comfortable.

This was my first experience with Balise's service department and I was really satisfied with how easy the process was of dropping off my car and setting up a rental. Although my car took longer than expected to fix, I appreciated that they made sure my car was 100% before returning it to me. Amanda was very good at communicating progress updates with me throughout the week. The only complaints I have are that I felt like my rental car was dirty when I picked it up. It hadn't been washed or vacuumed and there was still dog fur in the backseat from the previous customer. It also didn't have a full tank of gas. Also, at my previous dealership, they used to do a quick carwash/rug vacuum before returning the car to you.
