2019 Honda Pilot 4WD Elite

I was initially interested in a new vehicle, then decided I wanted a pre owned vehicle. Salesman Jeff Hemming was extremely helpful and understanding throughout the entire process. He didn’t pressure me into buying anything, and was honest about the used vehicles. Quality dealership and quality people. I ended up finding a car from a private seller but my next vehicle will certainly be a new Mitsubishi SUV from Jeff!

I just leased a 24 Outlander PHEV SE with Tech Package from Brian and Brandon at Glassman Mitsubishi and wanted to leave a review. This was by far the lowest stress, most surprisingly pleasant car buying/leasing experience I've ever had. Brandon (my salesman) was a complete rockstar, answering all of my questions and never once trying to "sell me" on anything. Brian (the sales manager) was just as nice as Brandon and took the time to answer all of my questions as we were signing the paperwork, never once rushing me or dodging any of my questions or concerns. These guys are the real deal. Not only were they amazing to work with, but they got me an absolutely unreal lease on a vehicle that my wife and I are both crazy about. If you're thinking of getting a new Outlander PHEV (which I can't recommend highly enough), the only thing I can recommend even more is buying it from these guys. They've definitely earned my future business!

Mike was amazing! He was professional, personable, and a pleasure to work with. He was very thorough in explaining what was going to happen at my service appointment and kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle. I had a great experience!
