Speaking of service only, this place is night and day compared to Fresno Toyota. I have had my Toyota Sienna serviced twice by Clovis. Quick, fast, responsive, professional and each time I was able to make the appointment over the phone. I'm not sure if it's an AI system but it's pretty good. Literally don't have to talk to anyone and can get an immediate appointment pretty much the same day. They offer ride share and have a very cozy wait room. Based on a very disappointing experience previously, I knew there was better service at Toyota just needed to go somewhere else. I have had service with BMW and Tesla in the past so my expectations were pretty high to begin with. But at the minimum your service manager should let you know the condition of your car is and be responsive. They shouldn't make you wait in the driveway confused and lost at what the next steps should be. At the minimum you should be greeted when you arrive with a plan of action for the day. Happy to continue giving my business to Clovis Toyota, keep up the great work. -review from a small business owner
