The Honda of Bemidji service department gets extremely high marks in my book, based on a recent experience. I was on the first day of a 3-day road trip from North Dakota to northern Minnesota, and the “Low Tire Pressure” light on my CR-V suddenly went on. Fortunately, I was only 20 minutes out of Bemidji and Google Maps told me there was a Honda dealer in town, so I drove straight there and pulled in without an appointment. Everyone I spoke to at the dealership was helpful and reassuring, and the service department was just outstanding. They were very professional and attentive, fixed the tire right away (I had picked up a nail somewhere), and had me back on the road in no time. The effect on my trip was minimal, and I was saved from what could have been a very unhappy situation. Hats off to the team there!
