Negotiating the best deal is a no-hassle and quick process - a definite plus in "car sales world." My Ford points are used for oil changes and the service department are also wonderful. Customer for life, a title rarely given for me. :)

Such a great dealership with a great selection of vehicles that it drove me nuts. Sales rep wasn't pushy at all. Leaving me to look and ask questions as long as I wished.
