I’m just a girl driving her car, and I needed someone I could trust, and not someone trying to take advantage of me. Jay and his entire team were exactly that! Friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. I came in after a long drive from New York to drop off my mom when my car suddenly started making scary metal-on-metal noises. I called and spoke with Jay, and he told me to bring it right in. After checking it out, they discovered the previous shop that replaced my brakes didn’t do the job right. They never changed the rotors, and my brakes were worn down to the metal...just 7 months after getting them "replaced." Worse, they never greased the pistons, which meant my calipers weren’t opening or closing properly and needed to be replaced. Jay's team also found that my front driver's side tie rod had “play” in it, which explained the buckling I felt when braking. Before doing any work, they showed me everything, pointed it out, explained it clearly, and even let me take photos. Now? My car drives like a dream. No more shaking. No more metal sounds. Just smooth and safe. I’ve been driving for over 20 years, and I’m from New York, but AutoKingz is hands down the best mechanic shop I’ve ever been to.
