2020 Honda Pilot 4WD EX

After almost 9 months of searching for newer used vehicle I came across Upper Valley Honda. I found a car that was in my price range and was one that I was interested in. I didn’t want all the bells and whistles and computerized everything. This one was exactly what I was looking for, everything I wanted and nothing I didn’t want. I decided to contact the dealership and find out about the vehicle. Happily I was told it was still available. I explained to the sales team that I wanted to do as much of the paperwork and signing online and have the car delivered to me. What a great group of people, from the finance department all the way to Kali, my salesperson o couldn’t have been more pleased. I was able to do all the paperwork and everything in the comfort of my home and Kali delivered the car to me in the same day! Greatest buying experience ever. I don’t know about others, but there is nothing worse than sitting at a dealership all day trying to buy a car and feeling like you are a ping pong ball being slapped back and forth between the sales manager and my salesperson. Kali was amazing! I can’t say anything but good things about her. She was so kind and very thoughtful. She has checked in on me several times to make sure everything is going well. I did have a few questions about some recall information I received after it had been inspected. Kali got right on it and checked into all my questions and assured me that everything was cared for and the vehicle was fine. I trust her and believe she wouldn’t steer me wrong! I am so pleased with the purchase of my car and would not hesitate to contact them when it is time for another. Everyone I spoke to and dealt with was super kind and and understanding of some personal issues I was dealing with that ended up making it so much easier to purchase my new baby! Thanks to everyone at Upper Valley Honda, especially Kali! Girl, you should get a raise and some serious recognition for your hard work and honesty!

When searching for and then purchasing my new car, I worked with Kali Gregoire at Upper Valley Honda and had an excellent experience.
