2017 Honda Pilot 4WD EX-L

I highly recommend YS Automotive. They are professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I purchased a Honda Van in July 2024 and immediately went on a 3000 mile road trip. I have had zero problems with it. (I did have to have my granddaughter program the entertainment systems, lol.) The complete process of test driving (several times), taking to my mechanic and the payment process went very smoothly. The only thing the mechanic found was a weak battery and the need of a transmission service. Adam from YS replaced the battery and I returned to the shop to have the transmission service done prior to getting on the road. The price may have been on the high side, but for the quality of the vehicle and the smooth buying process, it worth it. I will use YS Automotive gain when my granddaughter gets her first car.

I got BMW x5 from YS Automotive. They was very patient with me with the whole process I had with my bank. I felt welcome and they did not rush even though it was closing time. Since having my vehicle I have sent several people to them. The customer service is amazing. If I ever need another vehicle they would be the first I go to.
