I was really hesitant about the KIA brand but wanted to take at least a look. I went in the first day and wasn’t super impressed until the manager came out and started pushing for a better trade in rate for my past car. I was hesitant and gave it a day. Came back for a second try and I had Li and he was great. He kept reassuring me and making sure the process was transparent and easy. Explaining all the questions I had in a easy way and was very kind about it all. Very happy with the buying experience, will be coming back for the occasional touch ups here and there. ??
