2018 Honda Pilot 4WD EX-L

I used to lease from New Ro. But after my first lease ended, I decided to walk into Yonkers Honda one day after work just “to see” what kind of deals they had to offer. That was nearly ten years ago. Since then, I’ve been leasing from Yonkers Honda. And let’s just say Yonkers Honda never disappoints! My previous salesperson Jun was amazing and made each of my lease so seamless. When Jun retired, Michelle took over and omg. She is just incredible! I just turned in my vehicle and got another Civic today. And to no surprise, Michelle “took” care of me. She really went above and beyond to make the leasing and car registration process simple and seamless. From the day I went in to discuss my lease end options to the day I picked up the new vehicle, I felt well taken care of. With the economy these days, I was actually ready to give up driving and not getting a new lease. But both Greg and Michelle did their due diligence and offered me such a great deal. Not only will I be returning, I’ll also be sending my family and friends to Yonkers Honda :)

Amazing buying experience!! Tania the salesperson and Natalie in finance were great to work with! Very accommodating, not pushy, and very personable! We were getting a car for the in-laws and they worked with our budget and made it all work out. Very transparent and no messing around. It was a refreshing experience. Don’t hesitate and just go! I could not wait to give this 5 star review. When you even think of the process of finding and leasing a new car, it can be exhausting, overwhelming and unenjoyable, however, that was certainly not the case for me and my experience at Yonkers Honda. Mae was an absolute delight to deal with. She was straightforward, honest and fair. She worked with me and my budget and I was able to drive off with a new car the next day after meeting with her. Her warm, kind personality and excellent customer service is rare in her profession and I will be happy to refer anyone to her in search of a new car. Natalie in the financing dept. was also a pleasure to work with. She was so helpful and honest and went above and beyond to ensure that everything went through as anticipated.
