Gina is the best. When I call to inquire about a car that I wanted she had told me the one I wanted was still being built and no other dealership around had anything like it on their lot. I asked her to put a hold on the car that I wanted to purchase it and if needed I'd put cash down on it. Gina kept me updated weekly for about a month until my car arrived at the dealership. Great car buying experience with AutoNation Subaru West in Golden! The entire team provided a friendly, honest and no pressure experience. And I really appreciate the personal and dedicated attention from Kevin, Dan and Mitch. It's nice to see that there are still places that care about quality customer service! I actually have a person to communicate with and a direct line to call for service. The people I've met there so far are all really friendly and helpful. It's one of the few places that still has the option for a loaner car when needed for people like me who live far away and have a difficult time staying there all day for bigger services.
