I came in the next morning for a test drive and fell in love with this machine. Jen made the process so easy: she wasn't pushy, she was honest about my trade, and gave me the out-the-door price on this new CR-V. This was honestly the easiest car buying experience I've ever had and I will be returning to Ide to see Jen when I am in the mood to trade up again. Now that I have been driving my Honda around for a week, I've been stopped many times already about the amazing blue color (midnight blue pearl). This car is a winner and I am so happy I was able to get it from a dealer and sales rep who cares about the people that walk in their showroom.

Bought one of our kids a used Civic, the process was great. Also took in my vehicle to have the brakes serviced, Mike was a great help with the repair.
