We were specifically looking for an insight which sold as fast as they came in. I started working with their internet specialist who was wonderful, the car had gone to become Certified Pre owned, but she would text me daily to give me updates. Once the car was ready we went right away( 1 hour 10 minutes). We were met by Amber Brainerd who we immediately knew was not your typical salesperson. She was not pushy at all and helped us get the deal we were looking for. There was no pressure and at one point we even debated grabbing something to eat to think about it. She gave us recommendations vs other dealerships we have worked with who tell you if you leave the deal is off. The manager we worked with was great as well, no pressure at all and easy to work with. We were so impressed with Amber as well as the dealership that we are having her look for another car for us and are willing to drive the distance even though we have several dealerships minutes from our home.
