We recently moved to IL & the lifetime warranty offered by Gerald was one of the biggest differences between other dealers in IL! We are happy to pay $1000 extra to get it. Things to keep in mind as a customer: Verify the vehicle you want & the one they are offering, double check the OTD price, and check their website for special financing offers (they will match it, when requested).

Tyler and team were great from beginning to end. I was very specific in my needs and offers and did not want to waste time. They responded and understood where I was coming from and were able to adjust and provide an offer within minutes. The sales experience post agreement was great. Compared to other Kia dealerships, Gerald Kia is a refreshing change where customers are treated with respect.

Christina Huerta, was incredible. I have never delt with another sales person who worked as hard as she did to make sure we were happy. She also stepped in to make sure the car was perfect, clean and ready for us to take possession. I give the whole experience 10/10
