Excellent customer service. Easy to set up and appointment. 1 hour wait for the oil change, tire rotation, inspection, and car wash. Lounge area was tidy, as were the restrooms. Complimentary beverage station had a great selection from hot chocolate to lattes! Never had a bad experience at Bob Boyte!!
