Past car buying experiences haven’t been the most pleasant but we recently purchased a new Pilot Black Edition at O’Brien Honda and had the best car buying experience we’ve ever had. We worked with Matt Couch utilizing their convenient purchase online option and worked out the entire purchase from the comfort of our home. We then scheduled a pick up for the next day (Matt also offered to deliver to our home), and after a brief discussion with Matt, were introduced to Karen the Business Manager who worked out the final sale along with offering several protection plans and extended warranties which we selected and purchased what we desired. In little over an hour we drove away in our new Pilot. Along with a great purchase experience, we have had the same good experience with the service department the past two years since we moved to the area.
