I had a great experience at this location. I traded in my car for a new Sentra. I love that it is very spacious and they place private rooms so not everyone is listening to your budget discussion. My salesman was great he helped me tremendously til the very end. They also offered me food and drink they had ordered which was so nice as I had driven about an hour and I was very hungry. The only issue is I received my car with some dark scuff marks and sticky stuff along the bottom of the vehicle and also the wheels have white marks and have a sticky film on them. Not sure how to get it off. I’m afraid to damage them if I try and don’t have time to drive to Gurnee right now for them to check them out
I have always appreciated the service I received here. The complimentary car wash offer for the life of your car, once purchased at Zeigler and still owned by you, is excellent. My last service rep, Victoria, was not pushy and respected my decision. The technician took the time to answer my question in person and not through the glass like I did to get his attention. When I purchased my car, Anthony, the sales manager or supervisor, was terrific; He was knowledgeable and caring. I was devastated that he was no longer working there. He was truly a great human being. This will be a loss for sure.
