I take my 2016 for oil changes and service. They do a great job getting me in and out. They only recommend the necessary and advise on things that should be done. I never feel pinched. I appreciate their transparency. I worked with Kory today. He took care of me and handled a recall and oil change. Everything was done in a timely manner. I always look forward to seeing Elizabeth Casey, my service advisor, she’s the BEST! I know my 14 year old KIA Soul is in good hands here. Still going strong NO major repairs have EVER been needed on this vehicle. I owe a lot of that dependability on the maintenance care I get at Premier KIA Carlsbad.
