An absolutely amazing experience. I’ve always had good interactions with the service department and was the main reason I purchased our new car here but today… Shannon went above and beyond and coordinated a crazy incident for us from beginning to end like a pro. I highly recommend bay Honda in general but their service department is the true sell because you deal with that part so much longer when it comes to the dealership you choose! Bravo ppl! Just when I thought customer service was dead ????????
