2020 Honda Ridgeline RTL AWD

We just bought our second car from Walzer Honda. We’ve worked with them both for used and new sales. The dealership is spotlessly clean, even the bathrooms. We were greeted warmly and nearly immediately offered bottled water and popcorn. Little did we know how much we would appreciate those two offerings. We were placed with our sales associate, Sam, very quickly, who was quite friendly, very informative, and I felt very honest. We took him along for two test drives, badgering him with questions the entire time. My wife fell in love with a new HRV. They even had the color combination she hoped for in stock. Then we started the paperwork. We arrived at 11 AM on a Saturday, and the two test drives and various introductions took around an hour and a half. After valuing our two trade In vehicles, each with over 180,000 miles, and going over all the paperwork, we were finally handed the keys to our new vehicle just a few minutes before 5 PM. The day felt long with all the necessary evils. The sales manager, Joe, was particularly helpful and honest as he went over how they came to the value for the trade in vehicles. Well, the number certainly wasn’t what we were hoping for, but after he went through his explanation, it all made sense and seemed fair. The only part of the whole process that felt pushy was when they started talking about warranties, including rust proofing and paint protection, etc.. Mercifully, they could take “no” for an answer. Financing was easy and straightforward. Our freshly washed new car was presented to us at the front door. Overall, it was a five star experience.

Walser is the place to go. Philip was my salesman and it was an excellent experience for a first time car buyer! He answered all of the questions I had, explained everything to me, and made it easy. Went in without any kind of appointment, got to test drive the vehicle I wanted to see and walked out the brand new owner a few hours later. So happy with this purchase and my experience there
