I finally got my brand new Honda Civic and am in love!! Romeo was awesome and explained everything, he really took his time to make sure I knew what I was getting and how to work a newer vehicle since I was coming from a 2014 Chevy equinox. I couldn’t be more pleased with the purchase of my new 2024 Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport-L. I called for an out the door price and quickly received a deal sheet from the dealership via email. They followed up a few days later to see if I had any questions. I asked if they could match another dealership. They said they would get the ball rolling and quickly gave me a call back informing me they would beat the other dealership. I worked with Nate (sales) and Darius (sales manager). Nate went above and beyond to earn my business and made the whole process so easy. He answered all my questions and made me feel at ease with my decisions. Nate even called me a week after my purchase just to check in and see how I was enjoying my new ride. I visited all four Greater Knoxville Honda dealerships before I found what I wanted, got the price I wanted, and felt most comfortable with all those involved in the process. Honda Morristown blew them all out of the water.
