2019 Honda Ridgeline RTL AWD

My experience was great! I called earlier in the day asking about a car on their website and said I would be up to look at it. By the time I got there, they had the car in front of the building and had it all ready to go for a test drive. Jay was wonderful, showed me everything about the car, answered any questions I had, and even cracked a few jokes. He, Sally-Ann, and Lori worked with me to make it all work. They were patient with me and as Lori says, “treated me like she would her own daughter.” Drove the car off the lot the next day after working with Alex on the financials. Great team, love them! Makes me appreciate Honda’s a whole lot!

Charlie’s Honda, in Augusta, is the bomb! This was my very first experience working with a Honda dealership. I had recently bought a 2021 Honda Civic for my granddaughter as a graduation gift. It had an outstanding recall, therefore I was unable to get it inspected. Charlie’s had difficulty getting their hands on the recall parts and there were many hurdles to jump to get the job done. Charlie’s stepped up and provided a loaner for several weeks during the interim. She now has her own wheels for the last month of Senior year. Needless to say, we’re thrilled.
