I purchased an Explorer from Andrew today and it was the best sales experience I've ever had at a dealership. He was so helpful and not in the least pushy. Texted back and forth prior to arrival. Wanted to test drive two vehicles, he had them ready when I got there. Made the deal on my preferred vehicle and the entire process from arrival to leaving with new vehicle took about an hour and half including the two test drives.
