2023 Honda Ridgeline RTL AWD

Jose and the guys who worked on my Honda fit were very nice. There was a free snack cart and complimentary car wash. Excellent customer service. Only negative would be the recall for software update did not fix the digital dashboard delay in showing you your mileage and other dashboard information

Stopped in for an oil change without an appointment. I was able to get the oil change along with some recommended routine service foe the mileage of my car, and the service was completed in a very timely manner…in fact, it was completed faster than times I had scheduled appointments at other dealerships when I lived out of state! I highly recommend, and will definitely be coming bad.

Having to get my Honda CR-V serviced (which is not often) or a repair done ( which was the latter this time) is what I consider a necessary evil. However, Wolfchase Honda always makes the experience as pleasant as possible. One is greeted immediately by a service assistant, who notifies the Service Advisor that you’re here. If one has an appointment, that Advisor will come out to greet you, & take basic notes. My advisors are Dexter & Kenneth, who are always courteous & professional. The advisors try to give a time frame for when the service will be completed, & will call for a shuttle van, if necessary. The shuttle drivers, Victoria & John, drive courteously, & are always pleasant. The same goes for the ladies at the checkout desk. All in all, taking one’s Honda to Wolfchase Honda is a pleasant experience. I would advise checking out their Service Department, if you’ve never gone there before.
