The service Dept at Flow Subaru is truly amazing. We were stranded on a long drive and they had us up and running in less than an hour. It was a stressful time for us and we don't know Charlottesville. But the staff, particularly Gail, were so sweet and kind and extremely competent. They even gave us a sweet "good luck and good journey" card, that everyone signed, as they sent us on our way. As mechanics, they were extremely professional and skilled and they made a video of the work needed and the service manager took the time to show us exactly what was done. The bill was much less than I had anticipated and a day that could have been a disaster was saved by their expert skill and cheerful attitude. The lattes in the waiting room were great too. Thank you everyone at Flow!!!

This review is for the service department of the dealership. I had to have some costly transmission work done and every person I dealt with at in the service department cared about customer service. I want to specifically call out Gail, Cooper, Alana and Breanna. They all provided exceptional customer service, they were professional, personable, and caring. It's hard to find genuinely good people who have strong work ethic, and they all have got it. What a great team. Thanks again for the great experience!
