Love this place Came to pick up some vehicles to take to Utah and Al thought I was very dirty from working all day the treated me with such high respect. I was over hearing a conversation one of the sales person was having with a customer and he was very honest letting the customer know the true condition of the vehicle they were getting as well as helping them with all the questions the customer was going Him for me this was very admirable because as customers come in to Buy a vehicle in some dealers the sales preso don’t want to lose a customer , this sales man gave this customer all his attention and more. We had a somewhat complicated transaction as we were purchasing a car and shipping it to another state. From start to finish our salesperson Nico was extremely helpful, kind and communicative. The vehicle was pulled to the front of the store when we arrived to view it, the finance team worked with us to get the best rate possible and Nico helped to arrange the shipping and made sure to be present as the truck was loaded onto the carrier. We would absolutely buy from Bell Ford again.
