Great Sales communication. I am happy with my Maverick purchase. I only waited 3 months from the time I ordered it 'till delivery. I only ordered a minimum of extras: full sized spare, floor mats, trailer hitch receiver. Maybe that was the reason. I paid MSRP. I am not a haggler. The hybrid engine was only $1500.00 extra.
I went for an oil change and the service guy Brandon Shaw was very helpful. He explain the length of the wait time, he check all my fluids, tires & breaks for me. I liked how he gave me a copy of the report for everything he checked. So big ups to Kindle Ford and their staff!!
Purchased a 2024 Ram 3500, Experience was great. Big thank you to Roger B. Respectful and easy to work with. Will definitly be going back for another car in the future.
