I was looking for a Santa Fe hybrid for about a month and had trouble finding one. Saw one at smart (in bound, for delivery. ) Went in and worked with Eugene. He was very helpful and worked with me to put down a deposit. My only critique would be that when we came in to do the delivery that it would have been helpful to have information about the extended warranty options beforehand so I could read up on the options available beforehand. Otherwise, great experience overall.
Eugene was great. He answered all our questions, was thorough and patient and did not pressure us at all. He provided a pleasant experience and we love our Hyundai Tucson.
