Most relaxed experience we’ve had ever when buying a car. Absolutely no pressure whatsoever. Our salesman Paul H. was very easy and pleasant to work with. Our only frustration was that it took about 3 weeks to get the car, but that was not the dealer’s fault. Volvo itself did not do a good job keeping the dealer informed about the expected delivery date and the cause for the delay. We can highly recommend this low key dealership. They have a better way of doing business.
Everyone at Keystone Volvo in Doylestown is so professional and nice. They went out of their way to help me with a few clerical items to help me get my car inspected and were patient and kind the entire time. Highly recommend! The team made the whole test drive and purchasing process smooth and easy. Paul and the rest of the team were great to work with, and we especially appreciated the speed of everything since we had our 9 month old with us.
