I drove 3.5 hours from Cannon AFB to do business at this dealership. Mark Martinez was a straight forward salesman and didn’t make me jump through hoops to get a good price for a new ram 2500. I contacted dealers from Lubbock, Amarillo, Portales, Clovis, Roswell, and finally Lithia in Santa Fe. If they had a truck that fit my needs, they put bologna fees or add-ons that you couldn’t remove like mandatory protection plans. Lithia of Santa Fe deserves a look if you’re looking for your next vehicle. Updated further because my experience was truly amazing: Honestly, this was easily the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Mark Martinez had the vehicle cleaned and ready for me when I arrived. It was sitting in the showroom bays right beside finance. I’ve never owned a luxury vehicle, but I was given the luxury car buying experience thanks to Mark. He gave a Master Class in exceptional customer service.
