Their sales manager Lucas introduced himself during our initial test drive. When we let him know we were ready to decide between vehicles we were comparing, he brought us his best offer to include fair market value for our trade. Zero pressure ever from his staff, only to offer to answer any questions we had. Once we agreed on the numbers, the handoff to Dave in finance was seamless and issue free. We sent in our information ahead of time and once we arrived it only took 10-15 minutes to wrap up the deal. Lastly George spent all the time necessary to get us acquainted with our new Acura MDX Type S. I have no doubt the staff at Flow will continue to take care of us after the sale. Give them the opportunity to earn your business if you are in the market for a luxury vehicle.

I have never in my life experienced such a smooth car purchasing transaction from a dealership. The last buying transaction with a different dealership was a disaster. But Flow Acura was great!!! It was so smooth that I thought it was a prank. There are no hidden charges. The sales person Gillian is so personal. I did not worry about her talking to me with a bunch of pitches coercing me to buy. She was real and I loved her personality. Dave the finance manager is as real as it get. A very honest guy. Lucas, the manager was also great. If you want an excellent experience….PURCHASE THERE!!! I love my vehicle. I love the fact that the price was not inflated and it was exactly what was published.
