This was an incredible experience. I was treated with respect, honesty and transparency throughout the entire purchase process. This is also the only dealer I found that was willing to sell an SI/ Type R at sticker. They also obeyed my wierd request to keep the plastics on the new car and leave it dirty. Alex was an absolute joy to work with. She was honest about everything, super sweet, and consistently checked on me during the build/wait time. This whole sales experience was refreshing with the current state of the automotive industry. Definitely make this your first stop if you are in the market for a new vehicle.

At 70 years old, me and my wife were looking to replace our 175k Chevy Equinox with what could possibly be a vehicle to take us to our 80's. Though we could receive a GM discount, we were convinced Honda was the ticket. After days of investigating our internet choices we decided #1 Cochron Honda of Boardman was our first stop. Salesman usually annoy me so our first stop was on Sunday while closed. We followed up on Monday around 11:00 Am and was timely greeted by salesman Curtis Masters. Curtis immediately recognized we were so confused about the entire process of car buying and started by schooling us before showing us any of the cars.... This very much eased our minds. I compared this to "getting the best waitress at Steak House"... No push, No shove! I had worked in dealerships for the first half of my life, but boy how times have changed. Let me simply say Curtis then answered every question in depth and showed us every courtesy available from the Cochron Auto Group. We left and went home for the evening to ponder our options feeling confident with our experience and anxiously returned on Tuesday morning. After test driving a new HRV, we did a "Model Switch" in mid stream and thoughI think he was surprised Curtis never batted an eye. Curtis an his trainee quickly offered the exact car we were searching for and we were sold! He managed the "Almost impossible" task of selling us out ur 2nd new car ever! Let me finish by say it this way, We will recommend your dealership to our friends but "Highly Suggest" they go directly to the desk of Curtis Master upon arrival.
