I recently visited this dealership to test drive a few Jeep models while deciding on my next car. Although I didn’t end up buying, the experience was so positive that I chose to return my leased vehicle through them. I truly appreciated their flexibility — they kindly accepted the return over the weekend, even though they typically process lease returns only on weekdays. That thoughtful gesture made a big difference. Huge thanks to Kaydee for her patience and professionalism. She answered all my (many!) questions without ever making me feel rushed. Also, a big thank you to manager Samuel for going out of his way to help with the lease return. I’ve also used their service department a couple of times — once for a recall and again for regular maintenance. Each time, the work was completed in a timely and professional manner. Overall, this dealership has earned my trust, and I’ll definitely keep them in mind for the future.
I recently had a positive experience at the Los Angeles Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram regarding my repairs. I have a warranty and paid my $200 deductible. Initially, I was concerned that some of the repairs might not be covered, as I was told the warranty needed to approve them. I feared I might have to pay out of pocket, which worried me the most. However, after a week of having left my car there, I was relieved to find that the warranty covered all the repairs. I am extremely grateful for the warranty, and every penny I invested in it has proven worthwhile. The repairs addressed mechanical issues, including suspension problems and a burned circuit that caused my car to turn off unexpectedly on the freeway, which was quite alarming. Now that the repairs are complete, my car is functioning like new again. I am thankful for the repairs and plan to continue investing in the warranty for the sake of safety and cost-effective maintenance.

Service Manager Hector Gonzalez went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and ensured all my needs were taken care of promptly. Truly exceptional service from start to finish
