2022 Honda Ridgeline RTL-E AWD

Oh, this place is legit! Just moved to the area and brought my Chevy in, to have some service needs addressed. Everyone was so kind and professional. After dropping my vehicle off, I went in town for breakfast. During breakfast, I received a text containing a link. The link was to a video (real time), of the service being performed on my vehicle. Great place and great work! I highly recommend!

My first time coming to this dealership, James was very kind and spoke with me before I visited. Although, I had to wait for a while because the vehicle I was looking into buying was being shown to another couple. As I waited they had a giant TV and offered some snacks and beverages. The GM was also very friendly and talkative, and he recommended some hidden gems in Yelm. Wild right, hidden gems in Yelm, who would of thought! LOL James collected my information and allowed me to test drive the vehicle. He was very helpful and guided me through checking out the vehicle and some minor paperwork before I made a decision. After some consideration, I decided to purchase the vehicle. It was later into the evening. James, GM, and Mike stayed to help me with the buying process instead of asking me to come back the next day. Mike was amazing and made my partner and I feel comfortable during the finance paperwork. As he has been in the business for 20+ years, he explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions, even the silly ones. After discussing the numbers with Mike, we were able to make a solid deal that I was comfortable with. Once we were finished, James escorted me out and said he would follow up. This happened on Thursday, April 11, 2024. I received a call from James today, April 15, 2024, he asked how the new vehicle has been treating me. I had some questions, and within minutes of getting off the phone, I received a call with the answers. James has been a delight to work with, and he has shown a sense of compassion that makes him stand out. He is not just selling a vehicle, but he is also making sure that you get something that is safe and dependable. Overall, my first experience with this dealer went very well. I highly recommend it, and if you speak to James, let him know that Mandi A. sent you. I love my 4runner!

I have purchased a number of vehicles and I would say by far this is the best customer service I have ever experienced. Liz and Catherine were absolutely amazing. Very attentive and listened to what I wanted. Never pushy, which is what you find out in the industry. The best part, after I purchased the vehicle, they still followed up with me to see how I was doing! Most places it’s hard to reach them after you have purchased anything, they got your business and they are DONE with you. Not this team! Thank you so much for the pleasant experience.
