Don’t waste your time going to any other Audi dealer for service. I certainly did going to Keys Audi. For convenience since keys Audi is down the street from where I live l, I took my car there twice for the same issue and both times the same service advisor said everything was fine my car didn’t have any issues. The same problem kept coming up and my warranty was about to expire in less than 1000 miles. I contact Emmerson the service manager at DTLA Audi and explain my situation. Without an appt and within an hour of my phone call with Emmerson, he connected me with Byron the service advisor, got me an appt same day and got me a loaner car. They diagnosed the problem with my car within a day, ordered all the parts and I had my car back to me within a few days with no issues or headache. I’m will never go to another service center for my Audis. Thank you DTLA Audi, Byron and Emmerson.
I had very bad experiences at other dealerships. However, Audi DTLA’s customer service is second to none. Extremely pleasant service provided by Merly “Nikki” Borough and her manager. Our family is growing, so we needed an SUV. Great people skills! They are very open to working with you and they are not rude in any manner when negotiating. We were able to make a deal. My experience with Valentine was hands down the best maintenance experience I have had to date. He was super fast to work out all my issues and find a time for me to bring my car in. He also kept me updated the entire time and was extremely helpful through the entire process. I can’t say enough good things about this Audi dealership and service department.
