I had a great experience at Asheville Lincoln/Ford. My salesperson (Preston!) did a wonderful job hooking me up with the car that was best suited for my needs. Everyone was very friendly and the buying process was a breeze compared to other dealerships. I highly recommend stopping by and seeing their inventory they had a lot of good options to choose from. Anyway I am very satisfied with my visit and I look forward to doing future business with Asheville Lincoln!

We are very thankful and impressed by the purchase of our new car! We called Van Blankenship at Asheville Ford and told him our circumstances with the need of a good used car with fairly low mileage. Not only did he bring us a nice jewel of a SUV to our home to test drive, but took the history of our truck, took pictures and made us a great offer for our trade-in! AWESOME!!! During Covid and the era of supply chain issues I wasn't completely happy with Asheville Ford's service department, but somehow they have managed to turn things around. There has been a change in management and I have found Asheville Ford Service Department a pleasure to work with. Recently, the main battery on my F150 Lightning failed and my vehicle was in Ford Service for most of April 2024. My service advisor, Michael Krotz, understood the stress I was experiencing since I use my truck for work. Michael made sure I had a set of wheels. He loaned me a new Ford Explorer which made my work easier than if I had to Uber or rent. Also, Michael stayed in contact with me every step of the way, so I never had to call the dealership to check the status. I always knew where they were at with the repair. He even toured me through the repair process ( I will try to attach the video). Once I picked up my truck I noticed a small door ding which didn't surprise me since the vehicle was in the shop for an extended period. I mentioned this to Michael and within 24 hours he graciously had it handled. He has a great paintless dent removal vendor who did perfect work. I am 100% happy with Michael and the Asheville Ford Service team. Thank you!
