Second car purchased from Jay - very fair and accommodating.
Jay is nice to work with. Just bought my second car from him. He doesn't come down off the price, but he doesn't put just anything out on his lot. He's about quality instead of quantity. He gave me a VERY good value for my trade-in - higher than KBB. I'd definitely buy from him again.
After several weeks of searching and looking at cars I was frustrated enough to drive the 100 plus miles to J and S to look at a RAV4 with a price that had to be a lie somehow. But I was wrong, The owner met me when I arrived and had the car ready for me to drive. It was everything advertised and I love it. After the drive I just asked "ok, what's your best cash price." He though for about 10 seconds and dropped the asking price over 300 dollars! He was honest and straight forward and we were in and out in 30 minutes. I'm a car guy, have been for over 40 years.
