Scheduled a time to meet. Was able to look at the vehicles I found online, in-person quickly. The entire experience was comfortable, we never felt pressured, and the paperwork didn't take near as long as it could have. Would definitely recommend visiting this dealership if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle.
Northside Honda is beyond phenomenal. They will take amazing care of you, coming from someone who is very skeptical of dealerships. We looked at the car originally at Northside Ford. We did not care for the team there, your typical bad dealership NSH called later to follow up (we had found the car on their site first) and offered the car for less that I offered since they could not waive some fees, were super kind and easy to work with. There was a mistake made with pricing (charged too much) and I signed off on it. They apologized multiple times and fixed it right away. They do NOT push you more than is reasonable to get an extended warranty (unlike NS Ford). BASICALLY they blew us away with their kindness, easiness to work with, and professionalism. Just expect the $795 that is a non removable fee for the car tracker. That is the only thing I was really disappointed In. Stupid to have that added (they make money on it). But not a knock on NSH, it is the company who owns them. I worked with Enrique (sales) and Luis (financing). Both are awesome guys!
