2018 Honda Ridgeline RTL-E AWD

John (who has owned and operated this small, family-run dealership for more than 30 years) made this whole process seemless and easy. Zero pressure. We walked in and John immediately new ALL the specs on all the vehicles we were interested in. We felt completely comfortable the whole time. We actually left to look at other dealerships and decided to come back because John was so friendly and helpful and didn't make us feel pressured or uneasy. To me, when someone doesn't feel the need to put pressure on you, that means they are confident in their products and service and they let that speak for itself. John did exactly that. This will be my first stop for all future vehicles.
