2019 Honda Ridgeline RTL-E AWD

We recently purchased a Honda Pilot and couldn't be happier with the entire experience! Our sales representative, Ping Moua, was exceptional. He expertly guided us through our changing preferences and patiently explained the features of various Honda Pilots across different years and trims. Ping even compared the Pilot to other options like the Highlander, providing valuable insights. He eagerly addressed all our inquiries and took us on multiple test drives. Learning about Ping's extensive 18-year experience at another Honda dealership in Minnesota before moving to this area increased our confidence in his expertise. In the finance department, Marc provided excellent service as well. He offered us various purchase options and meticulously walked us through each step, including extended warranty and maintenance choices. Marc accommodated all our requests with patience and ensured we were fully informed before finalizing any decisions. The salesman Darin I used was pushy at first but once I told him exactly what I wanted and what payment I was looking for he got right to work seeing what he could do to get me as close to what I could afford. The people were nice except for the finance manager, I think his name was Jimmie. He was the only one that seemed to not be so nice because I wouldn’t let him bully me into buying extras I know I didn’t need since I was only leasing the vehicle. Other than that the sales people were nice and friendly and I would recommend. Just ask for a different financing person.
