I needed a new work car and purchased a Pilot on 1/3/24. The process was exceptionally easy. Katie Smith was prompt on emails and answered everything quickly. Tom Regan was a great salesmen and made the process easy and it was the most laid back purchase of a high ticket item ive ever had. I asked Tom detailed questions and he knew the answers down to the smallest detail of the car. He walked me through all the new tech and is a great teacher. The car was ready exactly when my appointment was scheduled. Lastly Chris in finance had me out the door in 15 minutes. I have already talked to several people about my purchase experience and I am hoping to send more customers their way. I am exceptionally impressed and I hope management takes a minute to recognize how great their team is.
