All of my communication with them was excellent. They were responsive and kind when I asked lots of questions and changed my mind more than once. We never had to repeat anything. She got it right on the first try every time. When we began to finalize what we were looking for their transparency was fantastic. There was never a gotcha moment or a hidden fee revealed. They didn’t try to upsell me. When we began working with Erin to facilitate closing the deal, it was painless. She was so patient and expertly handled all of my questions. Their business manager Kalil was also great to work with. With so many Honda dealerships all around us we thought for sure we would find something close by. But it was worth it to drive two hours to Albany.
